Micro Tese Method

Azoospermic men who cannot have children can have children with the ‘microscopic testicular sperm extraction’ method called ‘micro tese’. In cases not related to obstruction, sperm production in the testicles is either absent or very limited in certain areas. In some tubules there is no production at all, while in others there may be few sperm. In men who do not have sperm in their semen, this procedure, which is performed to obtain sperm from the testicle using an operating microscope, can identify the areas with sperm more easily and sperm can be obtained.
