Azoospermia

Azoospermia is the absence of sperm in semen. In semen analysis, only the prostate area fluids are present in the father-to-be, in which no live sperm cells can be obtained. The absence of sperm to fertilize the egg is the cause of infertility. While azoospermia is seen in approximately 1% of all men, this rate increases to 10-15% among infertile men. In order to diagnose azoospermia, sperm should be absent in at least two semen samples taken from the man. It is not possible to achieve pregnancy naturally. However, thanks to advancing technological developments, it is trying to achieve pregnancy with in vitro fertilization and micro tese procedures.
